This privacy policy applies to the Maestro app, referred to as the Application, for mobile devices created by Daniel Paricio, referred to as the Service Provider, as a commercial service. This service is provided "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it, including:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address, or IP address.
  • The pages of the Application you visit, date and time of visit, and time spent.
  • The time spent on the Application.
  • Your mobile device operating system.

The Application does not gather precise location information.

Information you provide may be used to contact you with important notices, updates, or promotions.

For a better experience, the Application may require certain personally identifiable information, including Email and userId. This information is retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be sent to external services to improve the Application. Third-party services used include:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • RevenueCat

The Service Provider may disclose information:

  • As required by law, such as subpoenas.
  • To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud.
  • With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and follow this policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using your device's standard uninstall process.

Data Retention

User-provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion, contact [email protected].

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data, it will be deleted. Parents may contact us at [email protected] to request deletion.

We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.
