Account deletion

Delete your Maestro account and data

If you would like to delete your Maestro account and associated data, send us a request. Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered.

Steps

  1. Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your Maestro account.
  2. We will permanently delete your account and associated data stored in Firebase.
  3. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Data Deleted

  • Account credentials, including email, username, and linked OAuth accounts.
  • User-created practice sessions, repertoire entries, notes, and feedback.
  • Files uploaded to storage.

Data Retained

  • Purchase and subscription history managed by Google Play or RevenueCat may be retained as required for financial and legal obligations.
  • Anonymous analytics data that is not personally identifiable may be retained to improve app performance.

Please note: once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
